NAA (Cabal) Planetary Control Technologies; Episode 1: Mind Slides & Unapproved Topics..(advanced master series..)

Mind Slides
A Mind Slide program is designed to actually facilitate Cognitive Dissonance and agonostic behaviors. It's signals the human brain to completely ignore Unapproved Topics; by definition, any unapproved words, terms or issues that would challenge their belief systems in the 3D Narrative, or involve their enslavement or torture that was hidden by the Amnesiac Barrier, even if they come face to face with it. You see this now being used actively and covertly by the censoring, banning and removal of any unapproved topics that contradict the Mainstream Narrative. The signals are sent through our devices, and by cabal technologies.

Your human 'so called TINNITUS'; frequencies that you hear, but are dismissed as physicals ailments that are common....(eye roll here) It is mind slide technology. Mind Slides are a form of Mind Control that can be implemented through Radio Waves and Microwaves that form frequencies that transmit into the person's Unconscious Mind in their bio-energetic field.

A mind slide is a Holographic Insert placed in the Planetary Logos that erases or changes the meaning of a "unapproved word", "unapproved phrase" or a range of Unapproved Topics when it is exposed to a person that has been implanted by NAA Artificial Machinery. or that causes a specific physical reaction. An example is when people talk about "Aliens" "abduction" or SRA or other methods of Dark Force Manipulation Methods, they immediately are ridiculed, persecuted, defamed, shamed and promoted as lunatics to other human beings that have been victims of a mind slide. It is an involuntary reaction from an NAA controlled mind. Think Pavlov's dog. The next time someone 'rocks the boat' with fringe topics, or topics not understood in a conversation, wherever it may be held, watch to see if there is an immediate negative reaction by some to not only the message but the messenger. You have seen Mind Slides in action.

This is how the Victim-Victimizer software of the NAA program works. It is virally loaded into our unconscious layers of the mental bodies so that humans enforce this insanity on each other, (think the masked vs unmasked. vaxxed vs non vaxxed,) and its delusion upon our own race. It is a type of denial mind slide and inner character corruption so that we will not look at or explore topics or emotions or memories and situations we find hard to cope with, explain, deal with or change. As a consequence of this pain avoidance and complacency, we essentially do nothing while we watch people of our own race be ridiculed, tortured, starved, killed or mutilated for bringing truth. either publicly or personally..

Mind Slides are Holographic Inserts that trigger sensations in the neurological system that are designed to keep people ignorant and blind to what is happening to them. Many alien abductees have mind slides to deny their experience and bury it deep behind the walls of unconsciousness or Amnesiac Barriers.

When areas that are Unapproved Topics are exposed to the alien entity controlling or hosting the body, they will program the mind slide to activate when certain words, phrases or codes are read or spoken. Sometimes, when people are injured in the body part traumatized by suppressed alien abduction memories, or, in the emotion psyche via past traumatic interactions or experiences, they will relive that trauma experience. The mind slides are inducted into the human's neurological system, which activates mind control technology to pulse the brain's receiver. This can take the form of a mind control "script" (i.e. that abduction never happened, it's your imagination, fears of going crazy) or play images or movies in the mind of that person. Some of the symptoms of mind slides when exposed to unapproved words (i.e. Alien abduction, NAA, Reptilian, Satanic Ritual Abuse.

In specific SRA targeted mind control (i.e. MK Ultra or Super Soldier training) These techniques are designed to dissociate the person through repeated exposures to torture, terror and drugs. The mind is fragmented and intentionally bound to demonic spirits that act as a guardian of that fragment of the personality. The Mind Slide may activate specific alternate personalities, created in the victim to perform a variety of tasks, while under possession or control of the alternate personality. 

Many times the person does not remember their actions or they have a time lapse or black out. This programmable fragment or alternate is referred to as a Sleeper. When a person has been intentionally mind controlled or tortured to become a Sleeper, they can be easily possessed and used to perform a variety of sordid actions or crimes. Reptilian entities specifically receive enjoyment from the explicit torture and suffering of human beings when they possess them to commit these sordid actions. These negative entities strive to create as much pain and anguish for the human being as possible, and to get that human to emanate that vibration of pain and anguish into the environment. Their goal is to engender negative feelings of emotional pain, depression, and hopelessness that lead the person to seek relief through addictive states. This is the cycle perpetuated with alien mind control and entity possession, which feed on these negative energies.

Mind Control via EMF
Mind control technologies are weapons which use electronic microchip implants, nanotechnologies, microwaves and/or electromagnetic waves to subvert an individual’s sense of control over their own thinking, behavior, emotions or decision making by attacking the brain and nervous system. The development of these methods and technologies has a long history. 

An important reason why the NAA and Controllers work so hard to destroy evidence in any range of Unapproved Topics that do not support the 3D narrative, is that they desire to eliminate a human being’s capacity to interpret and assign meaning to any of the authentic consciousness memories that may surface. Consciousness memories naturally surface during spiritual Awakening. Unapproved topics would be any area of thought that open discussions or share accumulated knowledge in groups that would threaten the existence of the NAA, Controller Pillars of Society and the Power Elite. These include accurate accounts of Galactic History and giving explanations for the existence of non-humans among us who are running world affairs.

The catalog of Unapproved Topics is broken down in the same way as hashtags or meta-data where algorithm programming is built into quantum computing. These run AI Consciousness Sweeps to broadcast Mind Slides on these specific thoughtforms or themes to re-direct the frequency of the neural synapses firing in the brain. Mind slides are used to redirect thought forms or thought processes, by hijacking brain neurology and wiping out the thought-form so it cannot be stored in memory for recall. Awakened people may notice the effects of the psychological operations running mind slides on the general public increasing. For those affected, unapproved words or themes are not able to be processed by the brain, and therefore they cannot consciously see, hear or know of the content of that topic. They may remain blank-eyed, suddenly feel sedated and unable to interact in any conversation around that unapproved topic or theme.

Therefore the NAA logic is that if they rewrite human history, ridicule demonstrated behaviors of higher consciousness and evolution, destroy the actual memories while inserting false ones, mind control the subconscious and conscious layers with mind slides, then they destroy the context for assigning meaning towards any of those memories, real or not. Once we have context for the NAA Galactic History , Ascension theory, spiritual initiation and the AI manipulation of the consciousness fields,  we start receiving those energy signals that trigger our consciousness memories. Once we have a context and a meaning assigned for these memories, our body is able to connect through images and feelings. The Mental Map of our thought processes shifts both consciously and unconsciously. Matter and antimatter or particle and antiparticle.

Our bodies start to remember the memories and historical records that are deeply buried in our subconscious, in order to transmute negativity and clear out dark energy, implants and Pain Body blockages. Access to  historical Akashic records, monuments and artifacts of humanities evolution has been deliberately blocked, destroyed, altered or erased on the surface of the Earth in the attempt to eliminate the accurate consciousness records, so as to gain control over the future timelines and genetically modify human DNA. At this time, we have the dueling agendas of those NAA groups who oppose the Ascension timeline and the consciousness liberation of humanity and they are fighting each other and working aggressively to stop it. They employ forceful AI countermeasures in attempts to maintain a particular rift in the time space continuum, which has been used to power the holographic version of the time loop that projects the third dimensional reality.

Thus, our ascending body may be processing some very complex energies as we start to remember the emotions or sensations that we may have experienced throughout many Historical Timeline Trigger Events that had negatively impacted the collective human consciousness on Earth, across all other parallels in time as well as all dimensions and densities. Because humanity has not been given the appropriate context for Collective Consciousness memories, through Galactic History, until now we have not had the correct memory associations to them when we are directly experiencing the emotions or processing the sensations that may bring great impact to the physical body’s usual functioning.

In order to be freed from the control of the AI reality, one must see it as false. The artificial reality is based upon maintaining deceptions and manipulations that keep us ignorant of the larger truth. When we recognize the false reality and its deceptions, it naturally leads us to want to recover more accurate and truthful accounts about humanities history, genetic evolution and who was actually involved. What events really occurred in the human race that produced such levels of darkness, ignorance and suffering that we can see in the world today? 

The story of humanity's evolutionary history is much bigger than what we are cultivated to believe as the adaptation of the best Genetic Mutations via survival of the fittest and natural selection. This deeper inquiry and questioning of reality opens up the collective consciousness memories that have been suppressed, the memories that we have had recorded within our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies from the Historical Timeline Trigger Events. When one has control over the thoughts of one’s mind, one has control over the direction and actions of the physical body, all of its parts and reclaiming of the soul energies. Mind Control is used to form socially acceptable belief systems and shape anti-human value systems in the Death Culture, which direct thoughts that are in contradiction to each other, like war and killing for peace. As long as the planet is at war with itself, and humanity thinks we are at war with each other, we feed into the mind control system of the NAA, which allows them to continue the vampirism of planetary resources.

Remote targeting of technologically based Mind Control frequencies and forms of Electronic harassment generate bio-neurological impairment in the human body, which reverse and confuse brain signals. The Satanic agenda is to reverse human neurological functioning by conditioning the person to create and feel pain in order to activate their pleasure centers. The cycle of interconnection made between pain and pleasure centers is reinforced and conditioned into the Bio-Neurology non-stop, which escalates into harmful addictions or deviant behaviors. When we pay attention and we care about what is happening to the planet and people, we will begin to clearly see an agenda designed to assault and damage the human nervous system. If we are more aware of how the neurological functions in our body are related to our mental and emotional states, then we are equipped to take control over the direction of our thoughts and emotions. 

Once we open and train our neural pathways it allows us to begin to receive direct messages from our higher consciousness bodies, the Soul-Spirit Self, which then begin to override the messaging from the Three Layers of Ego that are the main frequency spectrums used in Electronic harassment and Mind Control. Mind control technologies are weapons which use electronic microchip implants, nano-tech, microwaves and/or electromagnetic waves to subvert an individual’s sense of control over their own thinking, behavior, emotions or decision making by attacking the brain and nervous system. External ELF Signals Brain Response

To impact and manipulate human consciousness, all that is required is to create a complex signal through a frequency following response, when the brain locks onto an external signal coming from the environment and begins to mirror that signal. (VR, Virtual Reality) The signal can be a carrier wave of a Spectrum of Frequency designed to create feelings or distress or trigger emotional pain. As a result the brain chemistry alters and changes, generally plummeting the person’s Consciousness into a range of lower negative emotions and confused perceptions.

Large populations can be sent frequencies that are designed to incite agitation, aggression or anxiety into specific demographic areas. They put out news feeds in the mainstream media to incite fear, blame and promote sensationalism and victimization language in order to signal out certain marginalized groups for the intention of targeting them towards being perceived as the enemy, thereby inciting violence, rape, hostility and criminal behaviors.

It is possible to modulate signals on any electromagnetic carrier for transmitting a message into the brain to alter chemistry, insert thoughtforms, and instigate behaviors for shaping or grooming that person to carry out some harmful or criminal action. 

The antidote to Mind Control is connecting with your inner spirit, and developing your spiritual self every day with higher emotional qualities like Empathy and Compassion and caring about what happens to the people and the planet.

CNS Redirection via Electronic Harassment

When the body and Brain are being blocked with some method or form of bio-neurological harassment, it redirects the nervous system and brain to be more accessible to receiving thought transmissions generated from external sources of electromagnetic pulses, such as Artificial neural networks. Artificial networks continually send out electromagnetic pulses of information through the mass media to keep people fixated on meaningless dramas, 3D narratives and negative emotions. 

The current role of mass media is to keep the CNS redirected towards a range of negative thoughts, and to fixate or obsess on external physical stimulus or material things. In many forms of mass media and marketing, there are electronic hacking attempts on the biological neural networks that signal messaging into the brain. In the media, whether through movies, internet or any recreational medium, when focusing the person’s attention on a series of light and sound images, these images transmit holographic information, sometimes transmitting frequency implants into the CNS and Brain. 

The most popular form of mass media is the propaganda used by the cabals for directing Mind Control, which is used to shape the person’s brain activity and Mental Map. The content for mass consumption is produced and controlled to reflect light and sound holographic images that form what people believe is the nature of their reality.

Lack of Empathy

Most of the Negative Aliens and those human Controllers serving the NAA are unable to feel, experience or express higher emotions, such as emotive and empathetic states of loving kindness or Compassion. Essentially, with a Lack of Empathy as a AD value system, it is easy to Mind Control program killing machines that have no remorse for their actions nor care of the consequences to their actions. 

The Negative Aliens have downloaded their genetic mutations through Mind Control technologies which manifest as a severe Lack of Empathy within the Collective Consciousness of the human race, in order to control the planet to serve their agenda. A major control mechanism is to enforce the cycles of Victim-Victimizer and Sexual Misery programming in the population of earth.

Artificial Machinery used for Psycho-Spiritual Warfare

When a person is mentally and emotionally unstable they are more vulnerable to Dark Force Manipulation Methods and Possession. Mind control scripts and their string commands are being used to sweep and locate unstable people (such as severely wounded males) to act out and spread this “program” to infect more people with a sick or imbalanced mental state. Alien Implants work in the human body similarly as the chemical process of geo-engineering is used in spraying Chemtrails in the skies. Alien Implants are a bio-engineering technology designed to shape the human body into the submission to NAA agendas, while chemical (nanoparticle) geo-engineering is used to control the weather by harming the ozone layer and create excessive methane gases, as well as assorted pathological mutations.

Holographic Inserts

The Dead Light matrices also reflect the Artificially Bent Light “Holographic Inserts” (which contain the controlled versions of the nature of this reality, such as Crucifixion Implants) and these are also shattering and exploding systematically into the outer fields of the planet. These are false realities (artificial holographic inserts) that we have thought were “real” and then developed mental beliefs that held that specific version of reality and its Timelines kept in place. As these false realities are shattered into pieces (for those maintaining energetic balance in this explosive terrain), we can read the signature of those “Dead Light” pieces that reflect the nature of its disease and its schism. Holographic Inserts work like a software program.

Predator uses Victimizer Software

Also, the Victim-Victimizer mind control software program and its use from “predator forces” are utilized to enforce the enslavement of humanity through the patriarchal elitist programming by the False King of Tyranny. One may pay attention to the cycle the predator force uses the Victim-Victimizer software in controlling human beings to enforce their own enslavement and torture, such as through financial and debt enslavement to create Poverty Consciousness. It is a Mind Slide and or Holographic Insert program where human beings completely ignore unapproved words, terms or issues that involve their enslavement or torture, even if they come face to face with it. 

If they do face it, the predator may threaten their life, their career, their family, through this software to influence public or group perception to incite persecution and Character Assassination. This may happen when the person is aware he has been targeted for persecution, or the person is not aware at all that events are being influenced through this targeting software, which is Alien Machinery. Spiritual Leaders and those making headway in certain unapproved areas of public discussion, such as Extraterrestrials, UFO’s, abduction cases, Alien Implants, the Satanic use of child Blood Sacrifice, Pedophilia, Moloch insignia for SRA - will be directly targeted for victimization through assorted Psychological Operations used in the controlled media. I literally have more ban time this year from Facebook, than I do being 'Live on it. I am presently permanently banned on twitter and YouTube. I am attacked regularly, regardless of platform, by DS and NAA shills, even those in the 'awakened communities who have no idea they are being controlled...it's a thing... It's real... pay more attention.

Sexual Mind Control

The name of the game for the NRG is propagating and feeding highly destructive addictions and deviant sexual attitudes and behavior within the global human population. This is a part of propagating the Sexual Misery program along with the Victim-Victimizer. Its first priority is designed to relegate all sexual activity laced with guilt and shame into the lowest forms of human expression and perversion possible. 
Depending on accepted cultural attitudes it will use the perceptive level of access to serve the current societal paradigm into distortion. (In Muslim countries it can be the honor killings, legal killing of raped girls or women by being left in the desert to die by their own husband, or the selling of little girls to prostitution in Thailand, Catholic priest Pedophilia in the Vatican, Sadistic or masochistic fetishes in Germany. These harvested sexual energies all feed back into the same NRG Grids matrix.)

Mind Control Implants Behavior Profile

In the application of a NRG coded implant, its mechanism acts like a “tick” or “leech” that burrows itself deeper into the lower areas of the Astral body, mostly into the 2nd Chakra and into the Instinctual Response functions of the central nervous system. From the 2nd level of layer infection - if the addiction becomes severe over time (repetitive destructive response to external stimulus) it eventually embeds itself deeper into the matrix of the body. A False web-work (like a film or spider web), is an overlay on the nervous system (sections become infected until the entire system is infected) winds up the spinal cord and will have a trigger Mind Control implant placed in the back of the head and neck. Once the implant is fully embedded and operational, severe addiction and mood swings occur as the target becomes more “bi-polar”. This area is the Atomic Doorway, the 9th Chakra, where the inner spirit light reflects out of the eyes. That light will die or become dead in the eyes after this implant takes over the body. The implant is a reptilian brain implant that is placed in the structure of the brain stem via the Medulla Oblongata.

Impostor Spirits

An Impostor is defined as any Entity or human being that is saying words or expressions, or making representations that it does not embody, nor comprehend, nor behave or act in accordance with to exploit others for personal gain. An Impostor Spirit is the Luciferian or Satanic Spirit which promotes false light authority and anti-life architecture through deception, lies of omission, manipulation with malice to promote intentional harm, death or destruction to serve its personal agenda. 

SPE

Suppressor Parasite Entity. SPE Genetic artificial intelligence drones or Archons sent by higher ups in the Negative Alien Agenda and those that are sourced from the Imposter Spirit force. They are mind and body parasites. The NAA use the Imposter Spirit to spread its Archontic Deception Behavior strategies for human enslavement through the various uses of psycho-spiritual warfare with Alien Machinery and Alien Implants technology for the purposes of Mind Control.

Consumptive Modeling

The Consumptive Modeling architecture was created by the “False Gods” who developed food chains and the enforced vampirism of others through genetic manipulation and Mind Control. The controllers still attempt to maintain their stronghold to enslave humanity in the propagation of media outlets to incite consumptive modeling fears based on the Armageddon Software - Terrorism, Cataclysm and Pestilence.

Genetic modification of foods, chemtrails in the air, oil and gas dependency, pharmaceutical drugs, lack of pure drinking water, debt enslavement, fear over our financial future, poverty, terrorism and war are all examples. These are all the controller games of consumptive modeling of which they have had a platform of control to exploit humanity over the last dark cycle to regain control over earth, Prison Planet.

Armageddon Software

The Armageddon Software Mind Control programs, such as War, Pestilence and Cataclysm fears, or many other fear programs which can be interchanged as they are similar bio-warfare Mind Control programs used on the earth to suppress and control human consciousness. This is a Psycho-Spiritual Warfare strategy used against humanity by the Negative Aliens through their False Gods and False Father Satanic religions to use SRA to repeatedly kill and torture humans through war. The Armageddon Software is the enslavement companion Mind Control system which is activated through the Crucifixion Implants.

Military Grey Alien Technology has been artificially written into the various reversal field grid networks, as well as have manifested independent harm from their technologies of military weapons, genetic experiments, timeline programs, Holographic Inserts and astral mirages, human abductions, tagging/tracking and Astral Plane manipulation. A massive 5D base and 3D time-field connector point was in Lima, Peru, on the coast in the county of Mira Flores. Mira Flores is Spanish for “Looking at the Flowers”. The flowers they were looking at, in this case, is the living lotus flower of a Christed, pure Diamond Heart complex. 

This Alien Machinery is used to create Anubian Black Hearts which are a part of Metatronic Reversal current that is designed to shatter the Permanent Seed Atom of the Crystal Heart and manifest dark flowering in the planet and humanity. This base was planning more aggressive technology usage with the upcoming electrical peak, and simultaneous 5D dimensional frequency activation coming into this 3D reality in May from the Machu Picchu 5D Vortex and its intersections with the 7D Phantom System Parallels. (This has been recently called a “Pleiadian Activation”, this is not an organic Pleiadian activation, needless to say.) 

Silent Weapons

Descriptive Introduction of the Silent Weapon: "Everything that is expected from an ordinary weapon is expected from a silent weapon by its creators, but only in its own manner of functioning. It shoots situations, instead of bullets; propelled by data processing, instead of chemical reaction (explosion); originating from bits of data, instead of grains of gunpowder; from a computer, instead of a gun; operated by a computer programmer, instead of a marksman; under the orders of a banking magnate, instead of a military general.

It makes no obvious explosive noises, causes no obvious physical or mental injuries, and does not obviously interfere with anyone's daily social life. When a silent weapon is applied gradually, the public adjusts/adapts to its presence and learns to tolerate its encroachment on their lives until the pressure (psychological via economic) becomes too great and they crack up. Therefore, the silent weapon is a type of biological warfare. It attacks the vitality, options, and mobility of the individuals of a society by knowing, understanding, manipulating, and attacking their sources of natural and social energy, and their physical, mental, and emotional strengths and weaknesses."

Psychological Warfare

Psychological Warfare is the deliberate use of various manipulations, promotion and deception techniques, such as spreading propaganda and terror, to induce or reinforce attitudes that are favorable to gain strategic advantage over others. Sun Tzu, a Chinese Military Strategist originally said the best victory in warfare is the one in which you never have to fight your enemy in actual combat. Thus, Psychological Warfare tactics are also marketed as a self-improvement sales tool for ambitious, materialistic people that plot to maneuver into positions of power in order to gain advantages in business, relationships and socio-political influence. 

Essentially, this is to secretly scheme and manipulate others in a well thought out strategy in order to get what you want from the power structure and to get access to other people’s resources. Generally it is desirable to achieve these goals in such way that the plotters remain undetected in their climb to power and position, without anyone even realizing the entire situation was a calculated scheme. Currently, the World Slavery system is used to parasitize soul energy but also to superimpose karmic exchanges on the masses, and is an important reason the NAA fight so hard to retain their control and access over earth and the inhabitants. The humans controlled by the NAA have Stockholm Syndrome, and have been dehumanized to such levels of fragmentation they act like a feral animal cornered in a cage, defending their enslavement, not comprehending how they can exist any way else but to be in the Mind Control matrix enmeshed in a codependent Parasitism with these dark forces. Once you know the system of control, you can defend against it. ✨The Mahabharata of Krishna-Dwaipayana Vyasa✨
The Mahabharata is one of the two major Sanskrit epics of ancient India, the other being the Ramayana. Traditionally, the authorship of the Mahabharata is attributed to Vyasa, also known as Krishna Dvaipayana. Without being directly related, the Mahabharata derives many of its philosophical concepts from the Vedas. The Mahabharata tells of Prince Arjuna and his four brothers Yudhishthira, Bhima and the twins Nakula and Sahadeva, all married to the same woman, Draupadi. 

They are known as the Pandavas, the sons of Pandu, who was king of Hastinapur in North India and himself the son of Ambalika and Vyasa. After the death of their father, the Pandavas grow up at the court of their uncle, the blind King Dhritarashtra, who has become the new ruler. There is always great rivalry between the Pandavas and the Kauravas, the one hundred sons of Dhritarashtra. 

Eventually the old king gives his nephews some land of their own but his eldest son, Duryodhana is jealous of their success. He challenges Yudhisthira, the eldest Pandava, to a game of dice in which he loses everything. The Pandavas are then forced to surrender their land and go into exile for thirteen years. On their return, the old king is unable to persuade his son Duryodhana to restore their heritage, and in spite of efforts at reconciliation by Sanjaya, Dhritarashtra’s charioteer; by Bheeshma, his wise counselor; and even by Lord Krishna himself, war cannot be averted. The rival hosts face each other on the field of Kurukshetra. 

When Prince Arjuna surveys the battlefield, he is overwhelmed with sorrow at the futility of war and it is at this point that the "Bhagavad Gita," or "Song of the Lord," begins. The teachings of the Bhagavad Gita are spoken by the divine Lord Krishna, who is acting as the prince’s charioteer. They are overheard by Sanjaya and reported back to King Dhritarashtra. When Krishna has finished speaking to Arjuna, the two armies engage. The Vedas IAST: veda, Sanskrit: वेदः, lit. 'knowledge') are a large body of religious texts originating in ancient India. Composed in Vedic Sanskrit, the texts constitute the oldest layer of Sanskrit literature and the oldest scriptures of Hinduism.

There are four Vedas: the Rigveda, the Yajurveda, the Samaveda and the Atharvaveda. Each Veda has four subdivisions – the Samhitas (mantras and benedictions), the Aranyakas (text on rituals, ceremonies, sacrifices and symbolic-sacrifices), the Brahmanas (commentaries on rituals, ceremonies and sacrifices), and the Upanishads (texts discussing meditation, philosophy and spiritual knowledge). Some scholars add a fifth category – the Upasanas (worship). The texts of the Upanishads discuss ideas akin to the heterodox sramana-traditions.

The Rāmāyana (/rɑːˈmɑːjənə/;[1][2] Sanskrit: रामायणम्,IAST: Rāmāyaṇam) is a Sanskrit epic composed over a period of nearly a millennium, with scholars' estimates for the earliest stage of the text ranging from the 8th to 4th centuries BCE, and later stages extending up to the 3rd century CE. Ramayana is one of the two important epics of Hinduism, the other being the Mahābhārata.

The epic, traditionally ascribed to the Maharishi Valmiki, narrates the life of Sita, the Princess of Janakpur, and Rama, a legendary prince of Ayodhya city in the kingdom of Kosala. The epic follows his fourteen-year exile to the forest urged by his father King Dasharatha, on the request of Rama's stepmother Kaikeyi; his travels across forests in the Indian subcontinent with his wife Sita and brother Lakshmana, the kidnapping of Sita by Ravana – the king of Lanka, that resulted in war; and Rama's eventual return to Ayodhya to be crowned king amidst jubilation and celebration.

The Ramayana is one of the largest ancient epics in world literature. It consists of nearly 24,000 verses (mostly set in the Shloka/Anustubh meter), divided into seven Khanda (parts) the first and the seventh being later additions. It belongs to the genre of Itihasa, narratives of past events (purāvṛtta), interspersed with teachings on the goals of human life.

There are many versions of Ramayana in Indian languages, besides Buddhist, Sikh and Jain adaptations. There are also Cambodian (Reamker), Indonesian, Filipino, Thai (Ramakien), Lao, Burmese and Malay versions of the tale.

The Ramayana was an important influence on later Sanskrit poetry and the Hindu life and culture, and its main characters were fundamental to the cultural consciousness of a number of South-East Asian nations, both Hindu and Buddhist. Its most important moral influence was the importance of virtue, in the life of a citizen and in the ideals of the formation of a state (from Sanskrit: रामराज्य, IAST: Ramarajya - a utopian state where Rama is king) or of a functioning society.
