We all fall back into this wave...as lightworkers and you need to know 'It's okay" stop beating yourself up...this get's harder....not easier...as you move up vibrationally...ESPECIALLY while still in the 3rd dimension sleeve...give yourselves some grace...
As you move up vibrationally things start moving exponentially faster and it is very easy to fall back into low energy behavior of the familiar...or comfortable....
THE KEY now..is catching that immediately and and not intending to fix it, but letting it go right then...and moving back to the higher self...
